Using Voltaren Ophthalmic®



For cataract surgery: use 1 drop of Voltaren Ophthalmic in the affected eye 4 times daily beginning 24 hours after cataract surgery and continuing throughout the first 2 weeks after surgery.

For corneal refractive surgery: use 1 or 2 drops in the eye that will be surgically treated within the hour before surgery. Within 15 minutes after surgery, 1 to 2 drops of Voltaren Ophthalmic should be instilled into the eye. Administration should be continued 4 times daily for up to 3 days.
